You will be notified via your e-mail if anyone is interested in buying or swapping your gift card. If you want to mail your gift card in for cash, please click on the Get Cash link on the home page for a list of our Preferred Merchants and redemption rates. To exchange your gift card for a Visa card, just click on Exchange Your Gift Card on the home page. To pay a bill, just click on the Pay a Bill with your Gift Card link.

Listing a gift card

Both parties will mail the gift cards to Swapagift.com. Swapagift.com will wait for both cards to arrive, verify the balance and mail the gift card to the appropriate party. The broker fees must be paid via PayPal and the fees are paid by both parties.

Start with Step 1 and enter in your merchant gift card and the card balance. The redemption rate will automatically populate for you. Redemption rates vary per merchant. Complete Step 2 by entering your contact information. Print the form, then simply mail the form, a copy of your bill and your gift card to Swapagift.com. We recommend mailing your gift card First Class Insured or with tracking. We are not responsible for gift cards lost in the mail. When we receive your gift card we will verify the balance then pay the bill!

Fundraising with Cards that Care

Answer: People donate and send their unwanted (unused) gift cards to the fundraising organization. The cards are then forwarded to Swapagift.com, and the fundraising organization receives 60% of each card’s balance. It’s really that simple.

Some organizations choose e-mail and direct mail campaigns, while others set-up collection centers or go “door-to-door”. Swapagift.com provides you with the donation forms so you can collect and track the cards you have collected.

Answer: When the gift cards arrive at your organization, you will need to verify the balance on each one. You will do this by calling the toll-free number on the back of the gift card. Once verified, attach the donation form to the corresponding cards. Then, simply ship the gift cards using the FedEx supplies we provided.
