All gift cards purchased from the Swapagift.com inventory are 100% guaranteed and the shipping is free!  Any gift card sold or purchased from a Swapagift.com user will be covered under our Customer Protection Policy.  

Customer Protection Policy

We guarantee all transactions up to $100.00. Transactions must be settled through PayPal, you must provide the last 4 digits of your gift card number including the pin number and you must have proof of mailing via a tracking number or signature. Failure to produce the necessary documentation invalidates your coverage.

Disputes

Please notify Swapagift.com to report a problem.  We will attempt to resolve the situation since most problems are simple misunderstandings that can be resolved with an e-mail or phone call between the parties involved.

Unresolved Disputes

You must report the problem to PayPal since our Customer Protection Policy is in excess of PayPal protection. This may include reporting the situation to your credit card company. The Swapagift.com policy pays excess of any amounts not paid by PayPal or the credit card company.
